Warming spice and Cotswold honey in a nod to the past.

Based on gin recipes from the 18th century, our Local Honey Old Tom gin celebrates tradition with contemporary flair. Infused with local honey harvested from hives around the Cotswolds, our Local Honey Old Tom Gin is built from a recipe containing less juniper than our other gins but with increased liquorice and angelica.

The result is a floral and mellow gin that's equally delightful when sipped over ice or refined as part of a classic cocktail.

Unlike some others, we build our spirits from our own base made from Brtish grown sugar beet, through fermentation and a triple distillation process to bottle in small numbers from our purpose built rural distillery outside of Cheltenham, in the Cotswolds.

Each batch may be slightly different from the last but the quality remains.

At Uncommon Distillery, we do the common things uncommonly well. We craft spirits with bold flavours that stand out from the crowd. We keep the branding simple so we can concentrate on what we do best.
