LEXUS: Cheltenham
Challenged with creating a delicate premium gin for Lexus UK as part of their post-sale gifting, we drew inspiration from their home of Japan by using cherry blossom and candied yuzu peel.
Sudeley Castle
With a desire to secure a sense of time & place, we hand foraged botanicals and fruit from the award-winning gardens that surround the illustrious castle.
With mulberries picked from their 150 year old tree, to mint and bay leaves from their hedgerows and to honey harvested from within 5 miles, the three gins we made are very much of Sudeley Castle.
